TERMS & CONDITIONS: 1. Omnilux Lounge Access: Members may use Omnilux home devices within the clinic during published operating hours. Clinic hours are subject to change without prior notice. Exclusions may apply. The availability of devices is on a first-come, first-served basis and may be limited during peak times. 2. Membership Term & Billing: The Membership requires a minimum commitment of four (4) weeks. Billing occurs on a recurring basis (e.g., weekly or monthly as applicable), and the Membership will continue until canceled in accordance with the cancellation terms below. 3. Cancellation Policy: Members may cancel their Membership at any time after the minimum 4-week period. A minimum of 30 days’ written notice is required for cancellation. No refunds or partial credits will be issued for unused time within the notice period. 4. Complimentary Facial: Each new Membership includes one (1) complimentary facial. This facial must be booked and redeemed within the first month of the Membership start date. If not used within this period, the complimentary facial will expire and cannot be carried forward or redeemed for cash or credit. 5. Changes to Terms: The clinic reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes with reasonable notice. 6. General: Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable. By signing up for the Membership, you agree to abide by all clinic policies and procedures. 7. Memberships are managed by aglow payleadr: Terms and Conditions from payleadr apply including a $9 joining fee, this fee is paid directly to payleadr.
