Hayley is an owner/director and injector at Suede clinic. She is a registered nurse with a passion for aesthetics and facial symmetry. With over 7 years injecting experience, she brings an abundance of knowledge to her practice.

Hayley has spent years dedicating her practice to both the private and public sectors of health, with experience in theatre, the emergency department and ward nursing. Her passion however, lives in aesthetics.

Helping patients work towards their aesthetic goals can have a powerful, positive impact on their confidence and mental well being. It is her mission to provide ‘quality over quantity’ when it comes to treatment. Hayley loves to take a full-face approach, tailoring each appointment to individualised needs for natural, beautiful results.

Being a firm advocate for patient safety, Hayley makes it her mission to stay up to date with the latest cosmetic practices and education. She is also a proud member of AMET (Australian Medical Emergency Team), the Cosmetic Nurse Association and Fresh Clinics. A safe and positive experience is an absolute priority for every single patient.

Brianna is the founder of Suede. Her nursing career began at RPA Hospital, where she established a solid clinical foundation before discovering her passion for aesthetics. Over the past decade, she has performed thousands of injectable treatments and developed a reputation as a trusted expert in the field.

In addition to her clinical work, Brianna has trained and mentored other nurses, contributing to the advancement of industry standards with a focus on patient safety, honest advice, and achieving natural, seamless results.

Since completing her Bachelor of Nursing, Ebony has gained experience in the perioperative environment, where she developed an interest in all thing’s anatomy. When she is not looking after your beautiful faces at Suede, she currently works as an anaesthetics/recovery nurse at Monash Hospital- she loves the diversity!

Ebony is a keen learner and so excited to continue evolving in the aesthetics industry. Her favourite treatment to perform is cheek contouring with dermal filler.

Imogen has over 8 years experience working within the cosmetic industry with a background of beauty therapy and cosmetic dermatology. Here, she specialised in treating multiple skin conditions, use of laser devices and assisting in minor surgeries.

This is where she found her passion to pursue cosmetic nursing. She completed her Bachelor of Nursing in 2018 which also allowed her to gain years of experience working in acute and surgical hospital settings.

Her warm and compassionate nature has allowed her to build trust and rapport with all her patients. She always actively listens to patients concerns and expectations so is able to individualise her care and services to ensure the most optimal outcome.

Continuous education is her highest priority whether it’s training with new injecting techniques, products or to ensure patient safety when performing any cosmetic treatments.

Miranda is a dedicated Registered Nurse, wife and mother to two young girls. After completing her Bachelor of Nursing, Miranda knew her passion was in the aesthetic industry.

Known for her natural, undetectable approach to injectables, she focuses on enhancing her clients’ skin quality and overall facial harmony. Her “skin quality-first” approach ensures that her clients achieve healthier, more radiant skin with subtle enhancements that leave them looking refreshed and youthful.

Miranda is passionate about enhancing natural beauty. Her favourite in clinic treatments include skin boosters, biostimulators, and creating facial balancing with dermal fillers.

Balancing her career and family, she brings warmth, expertise, and care to each of her clients, helping them look and feel like the best version of themselves.

Abby completed her Bachelor of Nursing in Ireland before making the move to Australia in 2019. With extensive experience in medical and surgical nursing, along with time spent in regional nursing and public health, she brings a broad and diverse skill set to her work in aesthetics.

When she’s not at Suede, you can find Abby working on the surgical wards of one of Melbourne’s busy hospitals. Her wealth of healthcare experience gives her a unique understanding of anatomy and patient care, which she seamlessly applies to her aesthetic treatments.

Abby takes a holistic, full-face approach to each treatment, ensuring a thorough consultation and assessment to deliver results that are both natural and undetectable. By focusing on facial balancing, Abby enhances her clients’ features in a way that feels personal and refined.

With her compassionate and approachable nature, Abby is a wonderful addition to the Suede team. She is dedicated to helping clients feel comfortable and confident, always focusing on subtle, transformative results tailored to your unique needs.

Annalise brings a wealth of experience and passion for all things skin in a synergistic approach alongside medical aesthetics. She is driven by achieving visible results, whilst offering a touch of relaxation and luxury at every appointment.

Annalise has worked along side nurses in the aesthetic space for years and appreciates a multifaceted approach to skin health. She is currently expanding her skills and education with a Bachelor Degree in Applied Health Science.

Working at the front desk, Nina is our right-hand-woman for all things bookings, enquiries, inventory and ensuring the nurses day can run as smooth as possible. Nina has been with Suede full time for over three years now, but before her time at the clinic, she graduated with a Bachelor of Business in 2020 and has always worked in customer/client-facing roles.

On the weekends, you would find Nina at Pilates or walking down the beach on a nice day with a coffee in hand! Nina will be more than happy to assist you with any queries or appointment-related assistance you may need, don’t hesitate to give her a call.

Cody is a Registered Nurse with a strong background in the aesthetics industry, supporting top cosmetic doctors and nurses before stepping into the field herself in 2021. Dedicated to enhancing natural beauty, Cody focuses on safe, holistic treatment plans that reflect her clients individuality.

Recognised for her expertise, she has earned industry accolades and attended prestigious events, including the AMWC Aesthetics conference in Monaco and Allergan Laboratory tour in France. Cody is committed to continuous learning, ensuring she stays at the forefront of aesthetic innovations and safety practices.
