FAQ
Do you require a deposit to secure a booking?
Yes, all appointments require a deposit payment that may be used towards treatment. We trust our clients to inform us in advance if they need to reschedule or cancel. This allows us to offer the time slot to someone on the waiting list. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may affect future booking opportunities.
Is there a waitlist?
Our appointments are in high demand and often booked out a month in advance. You can check our online booking system for cancellations in real-time or join our waitlist for earlier availability.
Can I fly after my treatment?
For most skin treatments, travelling is uninterrupted.
For nurse administered treatments:
- Interstate travel: Allow at least 24 hours after your appointment.
- International travel: We recommend waiting 1 week post-treatment.
How long before my event should I schedule treatment?
This varies, book a free virtual consultation for a detailed treatment plan.
For nurse administered treatments, plan your treatment 8 weeks before significant events to ensure optimal results and allow time for any potential swelling or bruising to subside.
Can numbing cream be used?
Yes, numbing cream is available to ensure your comfort during the procedure.
Can I have a treatment if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
Many facial treatments are safe during pregnancy and beyond. For nurse administered treatments, we cannot perform treatments on clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
